8 sessions of coaching is also part of the leadership requirement of Love Church. If you would like to serve in a greater capaciy in any ministry area in the church, 8 1:1 sessions is a pre requisite. For those wanting to pursue ministerial credentials and become a pastor in any capacity under the umbrella of Love Church, 1:1 sessions with a coach is the starting point. We are a Church of leaders and pastors, not attendees. 1:1 coaching bridges that gap.
